Waiver & Release of Liability

Please read each clause carefully and check the "I Acknowledge" box to confirm your understanding and agreement.

I Acknowledge I release Clinton County Motorsports from all claims and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the dealer from any liability arising from my use of any demonstration vehicle.

I Acknowledge I possess a valid motorcycle-endorsed driver's license and am at least 18 years of age.

I Acknowledge I have prior experience operating vehicles comparable to the demonstration unit.

I Acknowledge I agree to wear a DOT-approved helmet and closed-toe shoes during the demonstration.

I Acknowledge I will not allow any other person to operate the demonstration vehicle.

I Acknowledge I have not consumed alcohol or drugs within the past 12 hours and will not operate the vehicle under the influence.

I Acknowledge I accept full financial responsibility for any damage to the demonstration vehicle ("You Break It, You Buy It").
